Surgical Assistants
The company mandates and pays for continuing medical education (CME) requirements.
Each prospective employee is subjected to a thorough background investigation, credentialing review and skills assessment.
Our surgical assistants are committed to the highest standards of patient care and ethical behavior in a binding employment agreement.
Credentialing
All aspects of a credentialing application are verified prior to submission to assure compliance in JCAHO (Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations) audits.
HIPAA Compliance
All elements of the law are reviewed and addressed (i.e. employment training, appointment of a privacy officer, security procedures, etc.).
Billing
Tremendous efforts are taken to maintain the highest levels of integrity and accuracy in our billing program. Highly trained and qualified personnel strictly follow the billing guidelines as set forth by the Office of the Inspector General and HIPAA. USA happily accepts all forms of third party payment and graciously accommodates self-pay patients.
In addition, a biannual audit by an independent healthcare consultancy is obtained to certify HIPAA and Medicare fraud audit compliance.
