To request a USA Surgical Assist, please call Toll-Free 1-877-872-5788 or fax a request form to 1-866-698-7272 between 7:30a.m. - 5:30p.m. EST Monday thru Friday. A USA representative will send a confirmation receipt within three hours of the initial request. USA welcomes multiple case requests and strives to accommodate all requests as promptly as possible.

As an added convenience, USA also offers online scheduling for non-emergent cases. A representative of USA will train your office staff to use our customized Web-scheduler software. This service allows you 24-hour computer access to schedule all your cases in advance with a confirmation receipt usually sent in 24 hours or less (via email or fax between 9a.m. and 5:30p.m. EST Monday thru Friday only).


Credentialing
Let USA’s trained specialists handle everything

Our credentialing staff strives to credential our Surgical Assistants at multiple hospital facilities in order to maximize efficiency and allow for prompt scheduling of cases. In addition, USA makes sure that all of our Surgical Assistants meet the state requirements for professional liability and malpractice insurance.


Marketing
USA employs both inside and outside marketing representatives

USA employs a diverse marketing staff, assigned to specific geographic areas, to ensure the overall untilization of our surgical assistants. Each representative remains responsbile for cultivating mutually-beneficial relationships with doctors by making sure that our services help maximize operating room productivity. On-site visits to hospitals and doctors offices are part of their everyday routine.

Internally, USA employs a marketing staff to answer all questions from doctors, patients and office personnel. The inside marketing staff also provides extensive support to the outside marketing representatives.
