In 1998, a group of health care professionals created a business in response to a growing need for skilled surgical assistants in Pinellas County, Florida. Initially employing only two Physician Assistants, USA’s unique service quickly spread to surrounding areas.

USA experienced rapid growth in the next few years, fueling expansions throughout the region.

In addition to continued organic growth in Florida, USA continues to nurture new expansions in the Southeast, Northeast and the Midwest.
